The Flaming Lips will host New York's ATP Festival

The Flaming Lips [ tickets ] will act as artist curator for the second annual East Coast All Tomorrow's Parties [ tickets ] Festival, which has been moved from Labor Day weekend to Sept. 11-13, at Kutsher's Country Club in Monticello, NY, according to a press release.
