Ponderosa Stomp returns to New Orleans

Wanda Jackson [ tickets ], Howard Tate, James Burton, Dan Penn and Otis Clay will be among the artists to perform at the eighth annual Ponderosa Stomp [ tickets ] April 28-29 at the House of Blues in New Orleans. Additional highlights of this year's event, which once again will celebrate unsung heroes of American music, will be the appearance of Cyril Jordan and Roy Loney of the Flamin' Groovies, who have not played a full set together since 1971, according to a press release.  / Read more
