Ohio native Joseph Arthur [ tickets ] has English musician Peter Gabriel to thank for the advancement of his musical career. After hearing Arthur's first EP "Cut and Blind" in the mid-1990s and the lyrics to "History" in particular, the "In Your Eyes" crooner felt Arthur would do well on Gabriel's Real World Records label and signed him. Just two years later in 1999, Arthur accepted a Grammy nomination for best artistic packaging for his EP "Vacancy."  / Read more
