Bob Dylan [ tickets ], Chuck Berry and Iggy & The Stooges are among the newly announced acts joining the eclectic lineup at the 3rd annual Virgin Mobile Festival [ tickets ], scheduled to be held Aug. 9-10 at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, MA.
