March 25, 2008 02:03 PM
Daughtry is scheduled to perform an acoustic set April 13 at The Beatles Revolution Lounge, which is located at The Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, according to a press release. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to the One Campaign to fight global AIDS and extreme poverty.

Two hundred tickets to the show are being auctioned on eBay. All people placing bids must be 21 years or older. The auction closes March 31.

Portions of the performance will later be made available on-demand at Rhapsody.com/daughtry and on rollingstone.com.

The One Campaign is a global advocacy organization that works to foster significant, lasting improvements to those struggling to survive extreme, brutal poverty and preventable disease, according to the release. The group works to educate, motivate and mobilize people to build political will on issues where the greatest difference can be made, an effort designed to ensure that the voices of the world's poorest people are heard.
