Stone Temple Pilots are about to embark on a reunion tour that launches May 17, and have added more dates to the outing. The upcoming run, which will be the band's first in almost six years, is scheduled to touch down in nearly 50 cities.

Spoon will cap off more than a year of touring behind last year’s “Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga” with a handful of shows throughout the summer months. The final leg of the year begins with a June 13 appearance at the PetAid benefit in Troutdale, OR and wraps up with a three-night stand in San Francisco beginning Sept. 22.

Aimee Mann has nearly doubled her North American tour ahead of her forthcoming album, “Smilers.” The run kicks on off June 2 in Los Angeles and the itinerary stretches into early September.

Just weeks after surprising fans with a four-album instrumental set, Nine Inch Nails mastermind Trent Reznor has unveiled a new studio album with vocals--and has upped the ante by giving it away for free. Titled "The Slip," the collection--which comprises 11 tracks that clock in at a total of about 45 minutes--is available at Nine Inch Nails' website, NIN.com.

Hitting store shelves today are Neil Diamond ’s “Home Before Dark,” Clay Aiken’s “On My Way Here,” Tim McGraw ’s “Tim McGraw Collector’s Edition,” Toby Keith ’s “35 Biggest Hits,” and Elvis Costello and the Imposters’ “Momofuku.”
