Bonnaroo, Fuse TV Partnership

The Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, scheduled June 12-15 in Manchester, TN, will air exclusively on the Fuse television network for the next three years, according to a press release. Bonnaroo and Fuse's three-year partnership marks the first television tie-in during the festival's seven-year history.

"Fuse Live from Bonnaroo" will provide television viewers with live prime-time weekend coverage from the grounds of the 2008 festival, including highlights of each day's performances taken from the main stage, artist interviews and exclusive behind-the scenes access, according to the release.

Fuse host Steven Smith will shoot "Steven's Untitled Rock Show" from the grounds of Bonnaroo and also will be reporting live to the Seventh Avenue Studio in New York City. Smith's show will keep TV viewers apprised of festival events and activities, and will include interviews and behind-the-scenes action.

Fuse also will have an on-site presence at "Centeroo," the main festival grounds area. What is being called a "Fuse TV experience" will include the ability to produce live TV remotes and conduct artist interviews.

This year's Bonnaroo will feature performances by Pearl Jam , Metallica, Jack Johnson, Kanye West and Alison Krauss & Robert Plant, along with more than 100 other bands.

Just prior to the festival's kick-off, the network will air "Best of Bonnaroo Vol. I," showcasing performances and happenings from previous years' events. "Vol. II" will air quarterly thereafter.
