Pearl Jam [ tickets ], Foo Fighters [ tickets ] and The Flaming Lips will honor The Who [ tickets ] at the 3rd annual "VH1 Rock Honors," scheduled to air July 17, according to a press release.

"VH1 Rock Honors: The Who" will salute the band through spoken tributes, filmed packages and live performances. The Who will close the concert--to be filmed July 12 at the Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles--with a special grand finale.

Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit multiple charities including The Teenage Cancer Trust, the Double O Charity, VH1 Save The Music Foundation and select VH1 Classic Rock Autism organizations.
