Tim McGraw [ tickets ] is scheduled to release his third greatest hits collection Oct. 7. The album, "Greatest Hits 3," contains 12 songs, including a duet version of "Find Out Who Your Friends Are" with Tracy Lawrence. It also includes live versions of the songs "Real Good Man" and "If You're Reading This."

In other McGraw news, the country singer will release his first children's book, "My Little Girl," Oct. 21. He also is appearing in the feature film "Four Christmases," expected to be released Thanksgiving weekend, according to a press release.
