Dottie Rambo Dies In Tour Bus Crash

Gospel singer Joyce "Dottie" Rambo, 74, died May 11 when her tour bus ran off the highway and struck an embankment, according to The Associated Press. Rambo, an influential gospel singer and songwriter, was headed to a Mother's Day performance in Texas, according to her website. Seven other people on the bus were injured in the accident, which occurred about two miles east of Mount Vernon, MO.
