Macy Gray says tour cancellation couldn't be avoided

Last week, just one day before the planned Nov. 30 kick off of Macy Gray [ tickets ]'s U.S. club tour in support of this year's "The Id," news surfaced that the outing had been canceled. The singer has since stated that the "reasons why are complicated and not very exciting," offering as explanation only that the cancellation had nothing to do with her health.  / Read more
