Nickelodeon has established a 40-city summer tour built around their popular "All That" television series, featuring headline performances by 98 Degrees and Monica [ tickets ]. The travelling festival will operate with the same general architecture as grown-up counterparts like the Lilith Fair, with main and second stage performances and a lifestyle area featuring exhibits and play areas.

The festival strives to engage a new wave of potential concert consumers with the experience of a live event, according to organizers Pace Variety.

Additional acts named in a press statement issued Monday (5/3) by Nickelodeon include B*Witched, Tatyana Ali, 3rd Storee, No Authority and Aaron Carter. B*Witched currently holds the #13 slot on the Billboard pop chart with their self-titled debut album. Headliners 98 Degrees and Monica have albums in the #18 and #72 positions, respectively.

Tickets for most stops on the tour are set for sale on May 8th.
