The venue for Bruce Springsteen 's Boston-area appearance with his Seeger Sessions Band has been moved.

The May 27 show was originally scheduled to take place at the TD Banknorth Garden arena, but it's been moved outdoors to the Tweeter Center. Tickets go on sale May 12.

The Goo Goo Dolls reportedly called off a planned concert Wednesday (5/3) at the Emerald Theatre in Mount Clemens, MI, after a series of gas explosions--apparently caused by a problem with an underground electrical line--sent utility hole covers flying, resulting in the evacuation of the area.

Blondie lead singer Debbie Harry, via her MySpace webpage, has released "Dirty n Deep," a track that pays homage to jailed rapper Lil' Kim.

"So many of us love Lil' Kim and can't wait for her rebirth, re-entry, for her to get out of prison," said a statement issued by Harry. "She shouldn't have been sent in, in the first place. 'Dirty n Deep' is a tribute, just a love song for Kim and a political comment on the injustice of justice, and a comment on the fragility of human nature."

Lil' Kim began serving a year-long stint in prison last September. (She was convicted last March of covering up for two friends who were involved in a 2001 shooting outside of a New York City radio station.)
