More Elton John, Billy Joel concerts rescheduled
Elton John and Billy Joel have shuffled their Face 2 Face Tour schedule once again, rescheduling several dates and canceling others due to Joel's undisclosed illness.
The pair's scheduled shows this month in Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; Denver, CO; Oklahoma City, OK; and an early December show in Kansas City, MO, have been rescheduled for February, and a planned Nov. 28 show in Little Rock, AR, has been canceled. Four UK dates have also been canceled.
All tickets held for the original concerts will be honored on the rescheduled dates, according to John's website. Refunds will also be available at the point of purchase.
The next scheduled Face 2 Face date is Dec. 4 in Buffalo, NY. Following a Dec. 7 appearance in Albany, NY, the pair is due to take a month off before resuming the trek Jan. 6 in Honolulu, HI. Details are included below.
The most recent postponements follow a spate of cancellations earlier this month due to John's illness, which required the singer to spend time in a hospital. He was suffering from a combination of influenza and a serious case of e-coli bacterial infection, from which he has since recovered.
