Stevie Nicks, Chrissie Hynde Join Sheryl Crow's Concert Lineup

The bill for New York's upcoming " Sheryl Crow & Friends" concert will include newly-confirmed acts Chrissie Hynde and Stevie Nicks, according to event sponsor American Express. They'll join previously-announced acts Eric Clapton and Sarah McLachlan in playing at the free concert Sept. 14 in Central Park's East Meadow.

Unlike many past Central Park concerts, a ticket will be required for admission. American Express -- which is promoting a new credit card -- will pass out more than 25,000 free tickets via an instant-win game beginning today (9/9) in high-traffic areas in New York.

The show will benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and will be broadcast on the Fox television network, the SFX Radio Network and the World Wide Web (at www.blueconcerts.com).
