Briefly: Incubus, Korn, LeToya Luckett, Eagles, Paul McCartney

Incubus is set to issue its fifth studio album, "Light Grenades," in November, according to a press release.

The set--recorded over the last year in Los Angeles and Atlanta--was produced by Brendan O'Brien (Pearl Jam, Korn ), and marks the group's first new music since 2004's "A Crow Left of the Murder."

"It kicks, it bites, it loves, it hurts," frontman Brandon Boyd said in a statement. "It's the closest we've ever come to being the band we want to be."

Incubus is set to appear Aug. 11 in Atlantic City during the taping of an episode of VH1's "Decades Live" honoring The Pretenders.

Korn issued the following statement Wednesday (8/2), a day after a fan died from injuries he suffered during a fight at a recent Family Values Tour concert:

All the bands on the Family Values Tour offer their sincerest condolences and prayers to the family of 30-year-old Andy Richardson. Richardson, who attended Sunday's show at Atlanta's Hi-Fi Buys Amphitheater, was beaten by two men at the concert and subsequently was taken to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday, August 1. The incident occurred during the Deftones set, before tour headliners Korn took the stage. Korn are appalled at the actions of these men and are imploring anyone who witnessed this senseless act or has any information about the attack to please immediately come forward by contacting local authorities.

Previous reports indicated that Korn was performing when the fight broke out.

Former Destiny's Child member LeToya Luckett, who exited the group six years ago in an acrimonious split, tops this week's US album chart with her new album "LeToya."

The set moved 165,000 copies in its debut week, enough to edge out the 22nd edition of the "Now That's What I Call Music" hits-compilation franchise, according to Billboard.

Checking in at No. 3 on the new Billboard 200 chart is Pharrell Williams' "In My Mind." Tom Petty's "Highway Companion" debuts at No. 4, while Gnarls Barkley's "St. Elsewhere" falls one notch to No.5.

Eagles guitarist Joe Walsh told Billboard.com that the group "should be able to" release a new album during the first half of 2007. If the set sees the light of day, it will be the band's first album of new material since 1979's "The Long Run."

Paul McCartney will release a new classical album, dubbed "Ecce Cor Meum" (Latin for "Behold My Heart"), on Sept. 26. The album--the material for which was first previewed in 2001 by the Magdalen College Choir in Oxford, England--will mark McCartney's fourth classical set.
