Kill Hannah, Pink Spiders hit the club circuit
Kill Hannah and The Pink Spiders are set to kick off their winter co-headlining tour with openers Love Arcade and ActionReaction , an outing that all four bands will use to back new albums that each released in August.
The run is scheduled to launch Dec. 10 in Tempe, AZ, and dates so far are confirmed through Dec. 21. Additional shows will be added, as the tour is expected to run through January, according to ActionReaction's publicist.
Kill Hannah, which just wrapped up a three-week run in the United Kingdom with Shiny Toy Guns, features vocalist/guitarist Mat Davine, bassist Greg Corner and guitarists Jonathan Radtke and Dan Wiese. The group is backing "Until There's Nothing Left of Us," which features the single "Lips Like Morphine."
"Teenage Graffiti," the debut set from Nashville-bred The Pink Spiders--vocalist/guitarist Matt Friction, bassist Jon Decious and drummer Bob Ferrari--was produced by former Cars frontman Ric Ocasek and mixed by Tom Lord-Alge.
New Jersey-based ActionReaction is backing its full-length debut, "3 Is the Magic Number," which was produced by Junior Sanchez (The Faint, Bloc Party), Ray Martin (KT Tunstall, Ima Robot) and Jason Lader (Rilo Kiley, Red Hot Chili Peppers). The group is fronted by Jason Gleason, former lead singer of Further Seems Forever, a position previously held by Dashboard Confessional's Chris Carrabba. Joining Gleason are former Element 101 members Chrissy "Bella" Gleason on keyboards and Salvatore Ciarevino on bass.
Love Arcade is the brainchild of Detroit native Christian Berishaj, who goes by the name Snowhite and is the band's singer, guitarist, bassist, keyboardist, drummer, producer, engineer, mixer, videographer and graphic designer.
