Cold War Kids set to tour behind debut LP

California indie rockers Cold War Kids have lined up an extensive schedule of shows over the first few months of the new year as the band continues to support its recent debut album, "Robbers and Cowards."

The Fullerton, CA, foursome will bounce back and forth between Los Angeles and New York for most of January, with the band performing three gigs in each city on an alternating basis, and will then head out for a Feb. 20 show in San Diego to properly kick off its trek.

The group will hit more than 30 cities on the outing, with Tokyo Police Club and Delta Spirit handling opening duties for most of the shows.

Cold War Kids' full-length debut, "Robbers and Cowards," was released in October. The album stitches together tracks from the group's three previous EPs: "Hang Me Up To Dry," "We Used to Vacation" and "Hospital Beds."

Several cuts from the album are currently streaming on the group's MySpace page.
