Atlanta rap duo the Ying Yang Twins [ tickets ] will launch a six-week headlining tour in January behind the act's most recent studio album, November's "Chemically Imbalanced."

The pair--Deongelo Holmes, a.k.a. D-Roc, and Eric Jackson, better known as Kaine--will kick things off Jan. 11 in their hometown of Atlanta, with 26 cities to follow through late February.

"Chemically Imbalanced," the pair's fifth album, follows on the heels of 2005's "U.S.A.: United State of Atlanta," which debuted at No. 2 on The Billboard 200 and has sold almost a million copies since its release, according to the duo's label.

The new album, produced by Wyclef Jean and Jean's cousin, Jerry "Wonda" Duplessis, features the lead-off single "Dangerous," which peaked at No. 84 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop chart.

Kaine plans to release his solo debut, "Champ-E-Yang," later this year on his own label imprint, Grown Folks Entertainment.
