Beyonce, Dixie Chicks head list of Grammy performers
Gnarls Barkley and The Red Hot Chili Peppers will also perform live during the broadcast, the Recording Academy announced Thursday (1/11). All four performers are nominated for multiple awards during the ceremony.
The Recording Academy also announced an initial list of awards presenters, tapping actors Samuel L. Jackson and Terrence Howard, along with R&B singers Pink and Rihanna, to hand out hardware during the ceremony.
Nine-time Grammy winner Beyonce has four nods: Best Female R&B Vocal Performance ("Ring The Alarm"), Best Contemporary R&B Album ("B'Day"), Best R&B Song ("Deja Vu") and Best Rap/Sung Collaboration ("Deja Vu" with Jay-Z).

Besides Album of the Year, The Red Hot Chili Peppers are vying for Best Rock Song, Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group and Best Short Form Music Video for "Dani California," as well as Best Rock Album for "Stadium Arcadium."
