Billy Joel recently added additional shows to his 2007 North American tour, which kicks off next month and is now scheduled to run into May.
Tickets go on sale Saturday (1/13) for Joel's appearances in Cleveland, OH; Omaha, NE; and Saint Paul, MN.

George Strait , who's long been one of the top draws on the country music tour circuit, is returning to the road this year.
Tickets hit the market Saturday (1/13) for Strait's shows in Hoffman Estates, IL (via searscentre.com); Pittsburgh, PA; Columbus, OH; Indianapolis, IN; Knoxville, TN; and Houston.

Michigan rocker Bob Seger has embarked on the first leg of a tour with his Silver Bullet Band, the singer's first extended roadwork since 1996.

After an extended break, indie-popsters The Shins are ready to re-emerge with a two-week tour backing the Jan. 23 release of their new album, "Wincing the Night Away."
Friday (1/12) on-sales are set for shows in Minneapolis, MN; Milwaukee; St. Louis; and Chicago. Saturday on-sales are set for Lawrence, KS; and Denver, while tickets go on sale Monday (1/14) for Portland, OR.

Comic-rock duo Tenacious D --consisting of Jack Black and Kyle Gass--will head out on a short West Coast jaunt in February after finishing up a tour of Australia and New Zealand.
On-sales begin Friday (1/12) for the upcoming show in Vancouver, British Columbia; Saturday on-sales are planned (1/13) for the tour's stops in Santa Barbara, CA; Seattle, WA; and Portland, OR.
