Govt' Mule, Umphrey's McGee lead Mountain Jam roster
The festival, which features onsite camping, will once again take place at Hunter Mountain in Hunter, NY. The three-day event runs June 1-3, and tickets go on sale Feb. 21.
"We're excited to have some of our friends back this year as well as
friends that have yet to be part of Mountain Jam," said Gov't Mule and Allman Brothers Band guitarist Warren Haynes in a press release. Haynes will once again co-produce the event along with Radio Woodstock.
In addition to the acts named above, the festival's lineup also includes Robert Randolph and the Family Band, New Orleans Social Club featuring Henry Butler, Ivan Neville, Leo Nocentelli, Ozomatli and others. The full lineup can be found at the event's website.
In addition to a natural amphitheater providing "great sight
lines from any vantage point," the festival will also provide a 24-hour full-service lodge for attendees, as well as a children's play area with arts & crafts and other activities, along with more camping capacity than previous years' events.
"We are excited to grow Mountain Jam to three days and to have expanded camping facilities" Gary Chetkof, president of Radio Woodstock, said in a statement. "The musical line up is stronger than ever and this year's Mountain Jam is better conceived in terms of creativity and production."
Radio Woodstock will broadcast live from the event, and listeners can catch the broadcast in the Hudson Valley at 100.1 WDST or online at RadioWoodstock.com.
