Prince, Christina Aguilera highlight credit company concerts
Prince , Christina Aguilera and Dave Matthews are the featured artists for this year's Citi/AAdvantage Card-sponsored "Traveling Through Life" concert series.
Now in its second go-round, the concert series places arena-sized acts in smaller, more intimate settings. Prince will make a sharp transition from the millions who watched him perform at February's Super Bowl when he plays before just a few thousand in late May at San Francisco's Orpheum Theater. The exact date is expected to be nailed down soon.
Aguilera, currently supporting her multi-platinum release "Back to Basics," will make a May 21 appearance at San Diego's Civic Theatre, while Matthews and his longtime collaborator, guitarist Tim Reynolds , will play an April 20 show in Boston as part of the concert series.
Tickets for all three shows will go on sale Tuesday (3/20) exclusively for all Citi/AAdvantage members through Citi's special promotional website.
