Godsmack tacks on more dates
Godsmack has added several more dates to its upcoming US trek, which so far sticks to cities in the East through early June.
The tour now kicks off May 4 in Louisville, KY, before hitting Memphis' Beale Street Music Festival the next day. The new shows include a late-May two-nighter in Upper Darby, PA. Dates are listed below.
Once again, Godsmack is teaming with I Love All Access to offer VIP ticket packages. The "Ultimate Pimp Package" includes a ticket in the first 10 rows, photo ops, a gift bag and a pre-show party, among other things. Details are available at the I Love All Access website.
The rockers continue to support their fourth studio album, "Godsmack IV." The April release debuted at the top of The Billboard 200 album chart and spawned the hit single "Speak." It followed the band's platinum-selling 2003 studio release, "Faceless," as well as its seven-song acoustic EP, 2004's "The Other Side."
A few songs from the latest record, which frontman Sully Erna said shows off a more mature, more defined Godsmack, are streaming at the band's website.
