Gretchen Wilson leads 'Boys' on summer tour

Country singer Gretchen Wilson will launch an extensive US tour this summer following the May 15 release of her latest album, "One of the Boys."
The Grammy-winning singer--who's sold more than 5 million copies of her first two albums in the US alone, according to her publicist--will play a few dates leading up to the summer trek in scattered locations, including an April 12 show in San Francisco.
Wilson's summer touring schedule, a mixed bag of primarily casino and summer fair appearances, will see its proper launch June 2 in Valdosta, GA, with the outing scheduled to hit more than 25 cities between June and September. Pre-sale tickets for the summer tour are available to members of Wilson's online fan club, Club 27. Full details about the club are available at Wilson's website.
"One of the Boys," the singer's third studio album, follows 2005's platinum-selling "All Jacked Up," which peaked at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart.
The video for "Come to Bed," the first single from "One of the Boys," can be viewed online at Wilson's CMT artist page. The song was produced by Wilson's longtime collaborator, John Rich (of Big & Rich), who also contributes back-up vocals to the tune.
