Indie rockers Sparta [ tickets ] and Straylight Run [ tickets ] have put together a co-headlining tour of the US with special guest Lovedrug [ tickets ].

The trek kicks off May 28 in Tempe, AZ, and hits clubs and theaters across the US, ending June 25 in Norfolk, VA. Details are listed below.

Texas-bred Sparta is currently on a European tour through the end of this month. The musicians--three of which are former members of At the Drive-In--are supporting their latest album, "Threes," which hit the streets in October. Songs from the set are streaming at Sparta's website.

Straylight Run, an offshoot of Taking Back Sunday, followed its self-titled 2004 debut with the six-song EP "Prepare to be Wrong" in 2005. The band's upcoming set, "The Needles, The Space," is due June 19, according to Straylight Run's MySpace page.

Ohio-based Lovedrug came out with its sophomore album, "Everything Starts Where It Ends," last month. The rockers will complete a tour with Plain White T's as well as a headlining stint before taking off with Sparta and Straylight Run.
