Ozzy Osbourne [ tickets ], who just finished rockin' the Ozzfest tour late last month, will hit the road in October for a major North American arena trek with Rob Zombie [ tickets ].

The hard rockers will play 40 shows all over the US and Canada beginning Oct. 18 in Seattle. The outing, which stretches through late January, will mark Osbourne's first US arena tour in six years and his first time in several markets, including Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; Rapid City, SD; Billings, MT; and Stockton, CA, according to a press release. He will also visit New York City's Madison Square Garden for the first time in 23 years. The itinerary is listed below.

Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning Sept. 14.

Osbourne is supporting his latest album, "Black Rain," which is his first set of new material in six years. The record debuted at No. 3 on The Billboard 200 chart in May and spawned the rock-radio hit "I Don't Wanna Stop." The second single, "Not Going Away," is currently at radio. Both songs are streaming at Osbourne's MySpace page.

Zombie is riding high on the success of his latest film, "Halloween," which premiered last week and broke all Labor Day Weekend records, grossing an estimated $31 million, according to a press release. The movie is a remake of the 1978 horror flick.

Meanwhile, Zombie is getting ready to release his first-ever live album, "Zombie-Live," which is due Oct. 23. The record follows last year's "Educated Horses," which was the rocker's first set of all-new material in five years.
