UK indie rockers Editors [ tickets ] will be back in North America early next year for a five-week jaunt with special guests Hot Hot Heat [ tickets ] and Louis XIV [ tickets ].

The club/theater outing is set to launch Jan. 8 in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and make its way from the East Coast to the West Coast, with a Feb. 14 finale in Las Vegas. The bands will stop in a few Canadian provinces along the way. Details are listed below.

Editors [ tickets ], who are about to wrap a European tour, will head back across the Pond for another month's worth of dates through Europe beginning Feb. 21 in Dublin. That itinerary can be found at the band's website.

The four-piece group toured North America in September to support its sophomore release, "An End Has A Start," which shot to No. 1 on Billboard's Top Heatseekers chart last summer. The album's third single, "The Racing Rats," is streaming at the band's MySpace page, along with the title track and lead single "Smokers Outside the Hospital Doors."

Editors created a buzz among music critics with their 2005 debut, "The Back Room," which spawned the singles "Bullets," "Munich" and "Blood." A Mercury Prize nomination followed.
