Foo Fighters, Beck lead Austin City Limits roster

Foo Fighters , Robert Plant & Allison Krauss, Beck and David Byrne highlight this year's seventh edition of the multi-day Austin City Limits Festival in Austin, TX.

The three-day event will feature more than 125 acts spread out on eight stages during the festival's Sept. 26-28 run at downtown Austin's Zilker Park.

Other acts confirmed for the festival include The Raconteurs , John Fogerty , Manu Chao , The Mars Volta , Tegan and Sara, Iron & Wine, Neko Case, G. Love & Special Sauce, The Black Keys, Band of Horses, Silversun Pickups, Vampire Weekend and many others.

Hometown fans will also get a chance to see many Texas natives on stage this year, with a Lone Star State lineup that includes Erykah Badu, Robert Earl Keen, Patty Griffin, Eli Young Band, Kevin Fowler, Flyleaf, Roky Erickson, What Made Milwaukee Famous, Black Joe Lewis & the Honey Bears, and White Denim.

A complete rundown on artists, showtimes and ticket information can be found at the official ACL website.

The three-day festival--inspired by the long-running PBS music show "Austin City Limits"--has given back over $1 million in the past two years to the Austin Parks Foundation, according to a press release, allowing Zilker Park to make significant improvements, including new bike and hiking trails and off-leash dog parks.

"We're thrilled to be associated with one of the country's premier music festivals," said Charlie McCabe of the Austin Parks Foundation in a press release. "When we combine contributions from the ACL Music Festival with the work of volunteers and the Austin Parks and Recreation Department, the impact on Austin’s parks is tremendous."
