Coheed and Cambria fans on both coasts this fall will be able to see the group perform in their entirety each of the four concept albums the band has released over the past six years.

Dubbed the "Neverender," the event will feature the prog-rockers performing one album per night during a late-October four-night stand in New York City and an early November four-night stand in Los Angeles.

Night one in each city will be dedicated to material from 2002's "The Second Stage Turbine Blade"; night two will comprise 2003's "In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3"; night three will cover 2005's "Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV, Volume One: From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness"; and night four will cap things off with last fall's "No World for Tomorrow."

"No World for Tomorrow" marks the final chapter of a four-part saga created by Coheed and Cambria mastermind and frontman Claudio Sanchez. The storyline, which is also captured in Sanchez's "Armory Wars" comic book series, follows a doomed married couple who are convinced they must sacrifice their children to save the world.

"'Neverender' came about because the band wanted to celebrate the end of the Coheed and Cambria saga in a special way," Sanchez said in a prepared statement. "We wanted to come up with an idea that paid proper respect to this phase of our career, while at the same time gave our fans something truly unique and different. Many of these songs have never been played in front of an audience before so I think we're going to be freaking out at the same time our fans are. It's going to be a major challenge. We're psyched our fans have been so loyal and amazing. We figured they deserved this.

"We're really looking forward to going deep and revisiting not only the songs, but also the story," he added. "Interestingly enough, us going over all the old material seems to be influencing our writing of the next record, which we're sort of doing simultaneously. And to me, that seems apropos since the next story is the prequel to The Amory Wars."

The "Neverender" shows will follow Coheed and Cambria's summer roadtrip, which kicks off later this month and stretches through the second week of August. Details are included below.
