Jonas Brothers play one-off shows

Pop-rockers the Jonas Brothers will return to the stage next month for a couple of radio-sponsored concerts in Southern California and Sin City.

The sibling trio, which wrapped a lengthy summer tour in September, will be on hand for Channel 993's Nov. 15 show in San Diego and KLUC's Nov. 29 gig in Las Vegas. Presale tickets for fan club members will be available beginning today (10/1) for San Diego and tomorrow (10/2) for Vegas. The public onsale for both dates gets under way Saturday (10/4). Further information can be found at the Jonas Brothers' MySpace page.

The brothers said in a MySpace blog that their next official tour won't happen until next summer because they will be busy with their Disney Channel comedy series, "J.O.N.A.S." However, they added that they plan to go out for special performances throughout the year.

The Jonas Brothers spent the summer supporting their new album, "A Little Bit Longer," which surfaced in August and spent two weeks atop The Billboard 200. The New Jersey-bred siblings--Nick, Kevin and Joe Jonas--wrote all the songs on the 12-track set, and recorded much of it on the road in a specially outfitted Gibson tour bus. The record has already spawned a slew of singles, including radio hits "Burnin' Up," "Pushing Me Away," and the title track.

"A Little Bit Longer" follows the Jonas Brothers' platinum-selling, self-titled sophomore effort, which debuted at No. 5 on The Billboard 200 last year and spawned the pop hits "S.O.S.," "Hold On" and "When You Look Me in the Eyes."

In addition to their music career and upcoming television series, the brothers recently starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie "Camp Rock" and they will move to the big screen next year for a Disney Digital 3-D film capturing the summer's "Burnin' Up" tour.
