Jewel [ tickets ] uncorks an early 2009 slate of solo dates as the singer/songwriter continues to support her most recent release (and first country album), "Perfectly Clear."

The three-time Grammy nominee and Alaska native will kick off the acoustic-only outing Jan. 23 in Windsor, Ontario. The 14-city itinerary is heavy on casinos and small theaters, with the trek concentrating mostly on the eastern half of the country. The full schedule is below.

Produced by John Rich of country-rock duo Big & Rich, "Perfectly Clear" represents Jewel's deepest foray yet into the world of country music. The album hit stores in June, debuting at No, 8 on The Billboard 200 chart, and moving 48,000 copies during its initial sales week.

The set has spawned three singles, including "Stronger Woman," which peaked at No. 13 on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart. Two additional singles, "I Do" and "Till it Feels Like Cheating," have since followed, with muted public reception.

The album, Jewel's first release for independent country label Valory, follows 2006's "Goodbye Alice in Wonderland," her final release for Atlantic Records, which had issued every previous album in the singer's career, dating back to her multi-million selling 1995 debut, "Pieces of You."
