The Boss leads Billboard Touring Awards

Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band took the top honors at this year's Billboard Touring Awards .

The Boss and company earned the Top Tour and Top Draw trophies, which recognize the top-grossing and top ticking-selling treks, respectively. Those awards and several others at the event are determined by Billboard's box office results.

Kenny Chesney also snagged two honors; he won Top Package for the fourth year in a row for his "Poets & Pirates Tour" and also took home the Eventful Fans' Choice award.

This year's Breakthrough Artist trophy went to Miley Cyrus for her "Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus Best of Both Worlds Tour" and Katt Williams got the nod for Top Comedy Tour.

The Spice Girls rang up the Top Boxscore prize for their 17-night, sold-out run at London's O2 arena, and Manchester, TN's Bonnaroo was honored as Top Festival.

Awards not determined by Billboard Boxscore included the inaugural Road Warrior honor, which was bestowed upon Widespread Panic , and the 2008 Legend of Live Award, earned by The Allman Brothers Band .

In accepting the legend trophy, Allman Brothers Band leader Gregg Allman saluted his late brother, Duane, according to a press release.

"It happens to be today would have been his 62nd birthday and I'm sure he's looking down at this and is really proud of us," Allman said. "We'll keep coming back until we can't come back no more."

Billboard also honored Jon Bon Jovi and The Philadelphia Soul Charitable Foundation with this year's Humanitarian Award, and gave the Creative Content trophy to "Walking with Dinosaurs - The Live Experience."

The Jonas Brothers ' Burger King-sponsored "Burning Up Tour" won the second annual Concert Marketing & Promotion Award, which was determined by more than 100,000 online votes at Billboard's websites, according to a press release.
