Event features this year include the addition of a third stage, the Jagermeister Music Stage, as well as on-stage fan platforms for contest winners and an expanded vendor village.
Tickets for Rock on the Range go on sale Feb. 21 via the festival's website, the Crew Stadium box office and Ticketmaster (LiveDaily's parent company). Two-day passes start at $99.50, and VIP packages including hotel accommodations will also be offered.
Fans who want to help the festival with its "Go Green" initiative can recycle old cell phones and mp3 players in exchange for free tickets, memorabilia and official ROTR merchandise. More information is available at the event's "Go Green" website.
The upcoming fest marks Rock on the Range's third annual soiree. The 2007 inaugural event drew 30,000 rockers, and more than 55,000 fans came through the turnstiles last year, according to a press release.
