Weekend Ticketing: Eric Clapton & Steve Winwood, Kenny Chesney, Kings of Leon, Hall & Oates, M. Ward

Rock legends Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood will unite once again this summer for a 14-city tour. The two former Blind Faith members hooked up for the three New York City shows last February after Winwood had joined Clapton during his summer 2007 set at Chicago's Crossroads Guitar Festival, where the two performed a few tunes from Winwood's old band Traffic.

Tickets for Washington, DC, go on sale Friday (2/20), while those for East Rutherford, NJ; Columbus, OH; Denver; and Dallas go on sale Saturday (2/21). On-sales are set for Sunday (2/22) in Los Angeles, and Monday (2/23) in Glendale, AZ.

Kenny Chesney has rolled out heaps of new dates since last check, an extension to his upcoming tour that will keep the performer on the road through late summer. The country star kicks off his "Sun City Carnival" trek April 17 and 18 in Uncasville, CT, and the new dates inch the number of cities lined up on the itinerary close to the half-century mark, with shows now plotted all the way into September.

Tickets go on sale Friday (2/20) for Chesney's stop in Toronto, and Saturday (2/21) for shows in Columbia, MD; and Louisville, KY.

Ward kicked off the outing earlier this week in the Boston area, and will hit a few East Coast markets before heading overseas for a handful of European shows. After that, it's back to the US for a West Coast leg.
