Paul Simon Headed For Europe In October
LONDON-- Paul Simon will follow the release of his forthcoming album with an 11-date European tour which will kick off in Stockholm, Sweden, on October 16.
The veteran pop star's European tour has him playing in midsize venues. He is expected to embark on a U.S. tour after he winds up his overseas outing at Paris' Olympia on November 1. His last extensive U.S. tour was alongside former music partner Art Garfunkel in 1993.
Simon's LP "You're the One" is scheduled for release in the U.S. on September 26, and features Simon playing electric guitar. His last release was "Songs from the Capeman" in 1997.
