Following several tumultuous years surrounding Whitney Houston's personal life, Sony BMG Music Entertainment is readying an Oct. 29 UK release of "Whitney Houston 'The Ultimate Collection'". The single CD assortment -- featuring tracks such as "I Will Always Love You," "I Wanna Dance With Somebody," and "Greatest Love of All" as well as duets with Mariah Carey and George Michael--is the first release by the R&B diva since her 2003 Christmas album.

To coincide with the hits package, SonyBMG is releasing an "Ultimate Collection" DVD featuring 21 video clips and a wealth of extra features, according to a press release.
