Boy George Accused Of Chaining Man To Wall

Boy George was charged with false imprisonment Nov. 13 for allegedly chaining a man to a wall at his London home, according to Reuters.

Boy George, whose real name is George O'Dowd, has been released on bail and is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 22. O'Dowd was arrested in May after a 28-year-old man accused him of "false imprisonment and common assault," according to reports.

Last year, O'Dowd was ordered to sweep the streets of Manhattan by a US court after police found cocaine in his apartment when responding to a burglary report.
