Foo Fighters Postpone Two Shows

The Foo Fighters had to cancel two shows this week because Dave Grohl is sick with the flu, according to a statement on the band's website. The band's Jan. 27 concert at Barnhill Arena in Fayetteville, AR, and its Jan. 28 show at the Ford Center in Oklahoma City, OK, will be rescheduled, although the new dates have yet to be announced.

Grohl, who has been laid up in a Nashville hotel room, said he was "sick as a dog" with a 101.1 degree temperature and did not want to do a show that was "some half-ass version of what a Foo's show is all about." The rescheduled dates will be posted on the band's website when they are confirmed.
