Britain's Border Agency plans to challenge a court ruling that would allow Snoop Dogg [ tickets ] to enter the country, according to published reports.

Snoop had been banned in 2006 from entering Britain after being arrested at Heathrow Airport in London. He reportedly faced charges of violent disorder in an incident that injured seven officers. Snoop appealed that ruling and in January, was cleared to enter the country, according to an Associated Press story.

After the original incident, Snoop was forced to cancel a tour of Britain with Sean Combs because he was refused a visa.
