Young Jeezy Busted In Atlanta

Young Jeezy was arrested at 2:30 a.m. June 18 in Atlanta, GA, and charged with speeding, no proof of insurance, open container, reckless driving and driving while impaired by alcohol/drugs, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The rapper, whose real name is Jay S. Jenkins, was pulled over by the Atlanta Police Department shortly after leaving the recording studio where he is working on his new album, "The Recession." Jenkins reportedly was charged, quickly processed and released. Jenkins' attorney, Scott E. Leemon of New York, reportedly said a court date has been scheduled and his client looks forward to getting the matter resolved.
