3 Doors Down Plans Short U.S. Fall Tour
3 Doors Down has announced seven U.S. tour dates that will follow the band’s upcoming European tour, according to the group’s official website. The group ends its opening stint on Creed’s North American tour on Wednesday night (8/30) in Columbia, Md.
A string of October headlining dates will be preceded by a Sept. 23 appearance in Huntsville, Ala., at the Big Spring Jam VIII festival. The band then has four dates lined up in Florida, beginning with an Oct. 4 stop in Orlando. The group’s current touring schedule ends with an Oct. 11 performance in its home state of Mississippi.
3 Doors Down recently finished shooting a video for the song “Loser,” according to its official site. The song is the follow-up to the group’s breakthrough hit “Kryptonite.” Both tracks are featured on the band’s debut album “The Better Life,” which remains at No. 7 on the Billboard 200 album chart this week for the second week in a row. The album was certified platinum in May, according to the Recording Industry Association of America.
