Country singer Taylor Swift [ tickets ] recently received her high school diploma in the mail after completing her senior year at Aaron Academy, a private Christian school that offers home-schooling in Hendersonville, TN, where she lives.

Swift attended public school for 9th and 10th grade but switched to the more flexible home-schooling after releasing her debut album, which to date has sold more than 3 million copies. "I never expected that my senior year would go the way it has," Swift told The Tennessean. "There's something really exciting about getting to live your dream and continue your education at the same time."

Swift, who is on tour with Rascal Flatts, recently made a guest appearance at a Southern California Jonas Brothers concert that was being filmed for a movie scheduled to be released early next year.
