Line-up For South Padre Island Fest Announced

Willie Nelson has been tapped to headline the South Padre International Music Festival , scheduled to take place Oct. 31-Nov. 2 at more than 10 venues across the Texas island, according to a press release.
The second annual fest also will feature Foghat , Los Lonely Boys , Blue Oyster Cult, Ghostland Observatory , Alejandro Escovedo , Fastball and Sara Hickman , among others.
Three-day weekend passes to SPI Music Fest are available at a discount rate until Aug. 24 at the event's website. A portion of the ticket proceeds will benefit Hurricane Dolly relief efforts in the Rio Grande Valley.
