Wolfmother rhythm section exits, band to continue

Wolfmother bass/keyboard player Chris Ross and drummer Myles Heskett announced they will be leaving the band. Singer/guitarist Andrew Stockdale plans to record the next Wolfmother album with new musicians.

Ross said he is leaving due to irreconcilable personal and musical differences. Heskett also has decided to leave rather than working with a new lineup, according to a statement on the band's website.

Heskett and Ross have been working together on songs separate from Wolfmother and they plan to focus on that new project in the future.
