Tracy Chapman to release new album

Tracy Chapman will release her eighth studio album, "Our Bright Future," Nov. 11. The forthcoming set, which features 11 new songs, is her first release since 2005's "Where You Live."
Chapman also announced a 21-date European tour scheduled to kick off Nov. 12 in Brussels. It is her first solo tour in more than a decade.
