The Raveonettes launch free EP series

The Raveonettes released a free digital-only EP yesterday (9/8), the first in a series of EPs the Danish duo plans to release before the end of the year, according to a press release. "Raveonettes Remixed" can be downloaded from the Vice Records website.
The release features "radically different" new versions of three tracks from the band's album "Lust Lust Lust": "Dead Sound," remixed by 80KIDZ, "Aly, Walk With Me," remixed by Nic Endo, and "Lust," remixed by Trentemoller.
The Raveonettes will follow up yesterday's EP with the Sept. 23 release of "Sometimes They Drop By." Two more EPs will follow on Oct. 21 and Nov. 25.
