Avenged Sevenfold cancels first leg of US tour
Avenged Sevenfold canceled the remainder of the first leg of the band's in-progress US tour, effective immediately, affecting more than a dozen scheduled performances.
Frontman M. Shadows has been diagnosed with vocal fatigue and advised to rest his voice after experiencing problems singing during the group's Sept. 6 show in Huntington, WV, according to a press release. Though a significant portion of the tour will be scrapped, Avenged will resume with an Oct. 15 performance in Osaka, Japan, followed by dates alongside Buckcherry, Shinedown and Saving Abel beginning Nov. 4 in Casper, WY.
