Taylor Hicks tours US with 'Grease'

Taylor Hicks , the winner of the fifth season of FOX's "American Idol," continues his Broadway role as "Teen Angel" in the first national tour of "Grease." Kicking off Dec 2 in Providence, RI, the Tony Award nominated production will grace the stage in more than a dozen US cities, including Minneapolis, Chicago, San Diego, and Seattle. Each stop will run several nights and feature a handful of performances, tickets for which are not yet available.
Hicks made his Broadway debut last year in the musical version of the 1978 motion picture. The pop sensation is currently working on his second album, slated for an early 2009 release.
