Britney Spears' new single surfaces

Britney Spears ' new single, "Womanizer," from her upcoming album, "Circus," can be heard streaming on her website. The song, which will be available next Tuesday (10/7) at Apple's iTunes store, also was played on Monday's (9/29) episode of "The Hills".

The 26-year-old pop star recently discussed the single during an appearance on New York City radio station Z100, saying, "It's a really cool song. I like the fact that it's so empowering for girls."

Spears also said she is planning a world tour in support of "Circus," her sixth album, which is due out on Dec. 2; the album's release will coincide with her 27th birthday.
